Project Process Map.

A relaxed 20–30 minute Free chat to get to know you, your business goals, and the vision for your brand. This isn’t about design yet, it’s about understanding your story and whether we’re the right fit to create something amazing together. We uncover what’s holding your brand back.
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll finalise your booking with a signed agreement and deposit. From there, you’ll receive access to your Notion client portal, your central hub for timelines, updates, and all project files.
2 weeks - We’ll dive deep into your audience, positioning, tone of voice, and competitive landscape in a focused strategy session. Then, I’ll present a clear Strategy presentation so you can see how this strategy will shape every design decision.
1 week - Here’s where the visuals come alive. I’ll craft two distinct moodboard concepts based on our strategy and present them to you. You’ll choose the one that resonates most, and we’ll lock in the creative tone for your new brand identity.
2 weeks - I create a brand identity that matches your true value so you can charge more for your service or product. I reveal your full brand identity Logo suite, colours, typography, and real-world applications, presented in context so you can see your brand come to life. We’ll refine as needed to ensure it feels perfect and premium.
20 minutes - We’ll wrap up with a final session via a off-boarding call to make sure you are 100% excited and happy with your branding. After your approval, I will deliver your brand guidelines and all assets via your Notion portal. You’ll leave with a cohesive brand system and the confidence to apply it across every touchpoint. You stand out, attract clients, and grow from here.

Yes, you can pay in 2 instalments, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, and the remaining balance is split into milestones throughout the project. This keeps the process flexible while ensuring commitment on both sides.
That’s totally okay, Pink Penguin’s process includes a strategy workshop and two Moodboard options to explore different directions. You don’t need all the answers, I guide you through every step.
Most brand identity projects take 4–6 weeks from start to finish, covering discovery, strategy, creative direction, and final delivery.
You’ll receive a complete brand identity package, which includes:
- Full logo suite (primary, secondary, submarks)
- Brand colour palette + typography
- Two Moodboard directions to choose from
- Brand guidelines (PDF)
- Launch-ready files (print & digital formats)
During the onboarding stage I give you personal access to your project client portal. Everything is delivered via a Notion client portal, so you always have organised access to your files.
